Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Orders (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or high seasonal demand are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dermachem is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
